Find yourself a comfortable sofa in your favourite funky basement bar in the trendiest district of your city. Sit down with drinks and ensure this new track is cued up. Bring a copy with you and bribe the DJ if you have to. Just wait, and when the tune rolls it's way across the floor and cuddles up to you, just nod your head with eyes closed and head tilted back. Wave the straw from your Mojito in the air, directing the dancing waves of light that bath your dreaming eyes...

Linus Loves have been around for a little while, their fantastic Data Records release "Stand Back" was probably the first time you heard of them. Their lesser known "Night Music" is a strange affair, and not a tune I've been able to get into, but it's been a favourite of Mr DTG's, so it's worthy of note.

Bedfellows of Mylo at the Breastfed Records stable, this new offering is from the forthcoming album, and part of a four track EP, released to show off really. Some of the tracks aren't notable, bit too weird for me, but the track that I have chosen here is all about the melodic beauty of House. A return to times gone by and an exemplary element of the "Lounge" division of House, that perfect bar music, that perfect travelling companion. When I get home from a night out this track will just carry me to bed, it's beautiful.
